In these terms and conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:
- DEFINITIONS
a. Applicable Laws” means all laws, statutes, regulations, subsidiary legislation, regulatory requirements, guidelines, codes of practice, directions, orders and other legally binding requirements in force in the Republic of Singapore, including those issued by any governmental, statutory or regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction, as amended or re-enacted from time to time.
b. Member(s): means an eligible retailer (tyre shop) who is approved to participate in the Program
c. Program, Pirelli Circle Program or Promotion means the Pirelli Circle Retail Rewards Program
d. Promoter: means Pirelli Asia Pte Ltd (Pirelli)
e. Reward Points means points awarded to a Member in the Program for the tyres purchased from Pirelli Authorised Wholesalers. Reward points can be used to redeem Rewards.
f. Program Period: 1 April 2026 ongoing
g. Program Website: means the website located at URL: www.pirellicircle.com.sg - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a. The information contained on the Program Website, and these Terms, form part of the terms and conditions.
b. Registration and participation in the Program mean automatic acceptance of these Terms.
c. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Promoter and the Member in respect of the Program and supersede all prior representations or communications. - ELIGIBLE MEMBERS
a. Participation in the Program is FREE and open to all eligible retailers (tyre shops) who are invited to participate in the program.
b. Business relationship of the Members of the program must be the retailers (tyre shops) who purchase tyres from Pirelli Asia Pte Ltd.’s authorised wholesalers for business purposes.
c. Participation is voluntary and does not require exclusivity or restrict Members from dealing with competing products.
d. The Promoter reserves the right to approve or reject any application for participation at its discretion. - PROGRAM PERIOD
The Program commences on 1 April 2026 and continues until terminated by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms. - SUSPENSION, CANCELLATION OR VARIATION OF THE PROGRAM AND MEMBER PARTICIPATION
The Promoter may terminate a member’s ability to participate in the Program without notice for any reason including, without limitation if the Member:
a. Fails to comply with these Program Terms and Conditions
b. Abuses any privilege accorded to the Member under the Program
c. Does not earn points for the duration of the program or leaves an account inactive for 1 year.
d. Supplies any misleading information or makes any misrepresentations to the Promoter
e. The Promoter may discontinue the Program at any time at their discretion without prior notice. The Promoter will not be liable for the suspension or termination of the Program on any Program Account whatsoever including (without limitation) for any points balance in a Member’s account at the time of suspension or termination
f. The Account shall remain with the organization only.
g. A Member may terminate their participation in the Program at any time by giving written notice to the Promoter
h. The Promoter reserves the right to add to, vary, cancel or revoke the program in whole or in part, or vary the program period, if it deems any future circumstances warrant such a decision without notice up to 30 days. Pirelli will be the final authority with respect to interpretation of the program rules including final review and reward eligibility, eligibility for Pirelli Rewards promotional trips and no correspondence will be entered into.
i. The Promoter may suspend or terminate a Member’s participation where required to comply with Applicable Laws or regulatory requirements.
j. The Promoter reserves the right to audit Member transactions, including invoice verification with authorised wholesalers, to ensure compliance with these Terms.
k. Is suspected of fraudulent transactions, artificial inflation of purchases, circular trading or manipulation of sale data.
l. Becomes insolvent, enters into liquidation, judicial management, receivership or analogous proceedings. - ANTI-CORRUPTION AND ETHICAL CONDUCT
6.1 Members represent and warrant that participation in the Program does not and will not:
a. breach any internal policies of the Member or contractual obligation;
b. constitute or result in any act of corruption, bribery or improper inducement under the Prevention of Corruption Act 1960;
c. induce any person to breach fiduciary or employment duties;
d. breach the Promoter’s Anti-Corruption Compliance Program, as published on the Promoter’s website Anti-Corruption program (as may be updated from time to time).
6.2 Members shall comply with the Promoter’s Anti-Corruption Compliance Program and any related policies notified by the Promoter from time to time.
6.3 Rewards are granted to the corporate Member entity only and are not intended for personal benefit of employees unless expressly authorised by the Member.
6.4 The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, disqualify or terminate any Member where there is suspicion of corruption, improper inducement or unethical conduct. - COMPETITION LAW COMPLIANCE
7.1 Participation in the Program is voluntary.
7.2 The Program does not:
a. require Members to deal exclusively with the Promoter;
b. restrict Members from purchasing competing products;
c. fix resale prices;
d. allocate markets or customers.
7.3 Nothing in the Program shall be interpreted as creating anti-competitive arrangements prohibited under the Competition Act 2004. - EARNING POINTS
a. Reward points will only be awarded on purchases made directly from Pirelli Asia Pte Ltd’s authorised wholesalers for eligible Pirelli products sold, during the Promotional Period in accordance with the program rules. Points will be awarded once a minimum target of 20 pieces is achieved, and all points will be awarded within 30 days from the date of invoice submission.
b. Returns to Wholesaler will result in points being deducted.
c. Reward points are awarded to the registered retailers.
d. Reward points awarded to Members will correlate directly to the sales of eligible Pirelli product under the Pirelli Circle program. Sales cannot be aggregated between entity or assigned to another entity. Any breach of this condition will result in disqualification from this Program and all future programs, for all Members involved, and all points will be forfeited.
e. Members may register for the Pirelli Circle program throughout the program open period.
f. Members will receive Points from the date of registration for the Program for purchases from Pirelli’s wholesalers.
g. Promoter reserves the right to reclaim and/or recover any points or equivalent cash value of rewards in the case of overstatement of sales or performance.
h. In the case of missing Pirelli sales data in the Program, Pirelli Rewards may consider manually reprocessing identified missing sales data. The missing sales data must be identified by the affected Member with wholesaler’s Invoice information as proof of purchase. All missing data reprocessing requests must be submitted within 60 days of the invoice date of the affected sales.
i. Pirelli will not be responsible for performance that is detrimentally affected by product availability for any reason.
j. Pirelli may rescind eligibility for rewards in any of the following circumstances:
i. If any sales are found to be fraudulent.
ii. If any sales are found to break any of the Terms and Conditions.
k. The Promoter may withhold, cancel or adjust points where transactions are subsequently reversed, unpaid, disputed, or found to be non-genuine.
l. Artificial inflation of purchases, circular trading or any manipulation of transactions to generate points is strictly prohibited. - POINTS EXPIRY
a. All Points in the Program will expire 1 year from the date they are credited.
b. It is the responsibility of the Member to be aware and manage their points and any point expiry.
c. Any points that expire cannot be renewed or reactivated to the account.
d. Expiring points cannot be transferred to other accounts and are to remain in the reward account where the points were earned. - REWARDS & REWARD REDEMPTION
a. The rewards available at any time are set out on the Program Website and can only be redeemed via the Program Website.
b. Rewards are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to change the rewards and points required at any time.
c. The Promoter may, for any reason and in its sole and absolute discretion, substitute any reward for a reward which the Promoter determines to be of equal or approximately equal monetary value.
d. A Member may only claim a reward if they have sufficient points at the time of the claim.
e. While every effort will be made to process and deliver rewards within 14 days of the redemption taking place, some delays may be experienced during holiday and peak consumer activity periods.
f. Some products that come from overseas will have a longer processing and delivery time.
g. No buy in or part payment from Members for rewards will be permitted.
h. Any dispute concerning rewards received under the Program will be settled between the Member and the merchant and/or supplier that supplied the reward. The Promoter will take no responsibility for resolving such disputes or for the dispute itself.
i. The Promoter is not responsible for lost or stolen rewards, vouchers or tickets including during delivery.
j. Rewards and redeemed rewards are not exchangeable for other rewards, refundable, replaceable or transferable for cash or credit under any circumstances. Redemptions cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been made.
k. If the Member is unable or unwilling for any reason to redeem or otherwise accept a Reward, that Member will not receive the reward and such reward will be deemed forfeited without recourse to the Promoter.
l. No cash payment will be given for any unused Points.
m. The Promoter may withhold fulfilment pending verification of compliance and all taxes arising from receipt of rewards are the sole responsibility of the Member.
n. The Promoter will have the final decision should any disputes over points, reward redemptions and awarding arise.
o. Members of this program can claim rewards by logging onto program website and navigating to the rewards area at any time during the duration of the program. - PRIVACY AND INFORMATION COLLECTION
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at the following link: www.pirellicircle.com.sg/privacy-policy. By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree on how we collect, use, and protect your information. - DISCLAIMERS
The Promoter:
a. Make no express or implied warranty or representation in connection with the rewards (including with respect to type, quality, and standard of fitness for any purpose).
b. Are not liable for any loss Members suffer (including consequential loss) arising in connection with reward (including a failure to provide a reward, its loss, theft or destruction).
c. The Promoter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising out of the Program, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Singapore law.
d. The Promoter shall not be liable for system downtime, cyber incidents, website failures or data transmission failures beyond its reasonable control.
e. No director, officer or employee of the Promoter shall be personally liable in connection with the Program.
f. Where the Promoter is found liable for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, its liability shall be limited to the remedies expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions and shall be subject to all exclusions and limitations herein.
The Promoter liability is limited to:
a. Where the reward constitutes goods, replacement or repair of the goods or payment of the cost of replacing or repairing the goods.
b. Where the reward constitutes a service, supplying the service again or payment of the cost of having the service supplied again.
c. Rewards may only be returned if damaged during delivery or faulty. If a reward is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and requires service, a Member must contact the manufacturer named in the warranty information.
d. The Promoter failure to enforce a term of these terms and conditions does not mean a waiver of them.
e. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter’s aggregate liability arising out of the Program shall not exceed the value of the reward in dispute. - CHANGES TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITION
The Promoter may change these terms and conditions at any time. Members agree that they are bound by any change when they first register into the Program. Changes may include, but are not limited to, the following:
a. The rewards available
b. The way Members earn points
c. The way Members can redeem points
d. The number of Points required to obtain a reward
e. The number of Points awarded and Point conversion rates
f. The way points are accrued in each account and for the period of time points can be redeemed
g. Any promotion, events and trip details. - GENERAL
Questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Program or the eligibility of Points for accrual or redemption of rewards will be resolved by the Promoter at its sole discretion. Any such questions or disputes must be brought to the Promoters attention and resolved within 6 months. - FINAL DECISION
In the event of a dispute of any kind regarding the Program or these terms and conditions, Pirelli Asia Pte Ltd will be the sole and final arbitrator. Its decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into. - WAIVER
Waiver of any provision of, or right under, these terms and conditions:
a. Must be in writing signed by the party entitled to the benefit of that provision or right; and
b. Is effective only to the extent set out in any written waiver - SEVERABILITY
Part or all of any provisions of these terms and conditions that are illegal or unenforceable may be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions continue in force. - COOKIES ON THE WEBSITE

In accessing Program website’s pages, the Member agrees they may only download the content for their own individual and non-commercial use. - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. - FORCE MAJEURE
The Promoter shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control including supply chain disruptions, regulatory changes, labour disputes, system failures, acts of God, pandemics or governmental orders. - NO AGENCY
Nothing in the Program creates any agency, partnership, joint venture or employment relationship between the Promoter and any Member. - ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Members agree that notices and communications may be provided electronically and shall be deemed received upon posting on the Program Website or transmission by email. - WAIVER AND SEVERABILITY
24.1 Any waiver must be in writing and signed by the Promoter.
24.2 If any provision is illegal or unenforceable, it shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
